LarpChat – Nutzungsbedingungen

1. Geltung

Diese Bedingungen gelten für die Nutzung von LarpCord (Chat, Voice, Profile, DMs). Mit der Registrierung stimmst du ihnen zu. Mindestalter: 16 Jahre (bzw. mit Einwilligung der Eltern).

2. Account

Du bist für deinen Account und dein Passwort verantwortlich.
Ein Account pro Person für den Normalgebrauch; Namen dürfen nicht irreführend oder rechtswidrig sein.
Wir können Accounts bei Regelverstößen einschränken oder löschen.

3. Erlaubte Nutzung

Keine rechtswidrigen Inhalte (z. B. Beleidigung, Volksverhetzung, Urheberrechtsverletzungen).
Kein Spam, kein Missbrauch (Flooding, Umgehung von Sperren, Angriffe auf den Dienst).
Voice-Chats werden nicht aufgezeichnet.

4. Inhalte der Nutzer

Deine Nachrichten, Bilder und Profilinhalte bleiben deine. Du räumst uns die technischen Rechte ein, sie zu speichern und an Chat-Teilnehmer zu übertragen, solange der Zweck besteht.

5. Verfügbarkeit & Haftung

LarpCord ist ein Hobby-/Community-Projekt ohne Verfügbarkeitsgarantie. Wir haften nur bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit sowie bei Verletzung von Leben, Körper, Gesundheit.

6. Änderungen

Wir können diese Bedingungen anpassen; wesentliche Änderungen kündigen wir in der App an. Stand: Oktober 2026.

1. Scope

These terms apply to using LarpCord (chat, voice, profiles, DMs). By registering you agree to them. Minimum age: 16 (or with parental consent).

2. Account

You are responsible for your account and password.
One account per person for normal use; names must not be misleading or unlawful.
We may restrict or delete accounts for violations.

3. Acceptable use

No unlawful content (e.g. harassment, hate speech, copyright infringement).
No spam or abuse (flooding, ban evasion, attacks on the service).
Voice chats are not recorded.

4. Your content

Your messages, images and profile content remain yours. You grant us the technical rights to store and transmit them to chat participants for as long as needed.

5. Availability & liability

LarpCord is a hobby/community project without availability guarantees. We are liable only for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. As of: October 2026.
